Description
fab2 is hiring a Controller to own accounting operations for its hardware-intensive, manufacturing-focused business. The role will lead the close process, build inventory, cost, fixed-asset, and other accounting systems and controls, establish audit readiness, evaluate ERP and automation tools, and eventually build and lead the accounting team. The position requires CPA certification, audit experience, hardware or manufacturing accounting expertise, strong GAAP knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 annually plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and visa sponsorship benefits.
