Description
First Electronic Bank is hiring a Controller to lead the bank's accounting function, financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory reporting, and financial governance. The role oversees month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; U.S. GAAP and banking financial statements; Call Report preparation; CECL/ACL reserves; deposits, securitizations, and other balance-sheet activities; and financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic support. The Controller will also lead and develop the accounting team, support audits and regulatory examinations, and partner with Treasury, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and external auditors. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience including 5 years in a leadership role, and significant experience in a bank or regulated financial services environment.
