Fix Group Management is hiring a full-time CFO/President in Franklin, Tennessee to provide senior accounting leadership for a portfolio of independently operated businesses. The role combines hands-on accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, internal controls, financial planning and analysis, NetSuite configuration, multi-entity onboarding, and leadership of an accounting and finance team. It requires 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controller or accounting manager experience, and offers a $150,000–$185,000 base salary plus a 10–15% annual performance bonus, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
