Description
The role leads accounting operations and financial management for a mission-driven organization, overseeing general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, grants administration, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, treasury, and process improvement. It also supervises and develops the accounting team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least six years of progressive accounting and finance experience including four years in leadership, and experience with audits, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls; a CPA and nonprofit accounting experience are preferred.
