Description
The role leads accounting operations and financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close, general ledger, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial analysis, internal controls, GAAP compliance, audits, and financial systems. It also involves mentoring and developing the accounting team and driving process improvements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience including leadership, and strong Excel and accounting or ERP skills; CPA is preferred.
