Description
The Controller will lead the accounting function, own month-end and year-end close, manage general ledger and reconciliations, and oversee a four-person AP/AR team. The role also covers grower accounting, financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, internal controls, ERP workflows, and process and automation improvements, with close collaboration with the CFO and cross-functional partners. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience, accounting leadership experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, Excel, and ERP systems.
