Description
GOURMET is hiring a Controller to oversee gastronomy locations and support the F&B department with cost optimization, purchasing and operational cost monitoring, product costing, profitability analysis, inventory review, production item accounting, and cost-reporting. The role can be performed full-time or part-time for at least 30 hours per week and requires gastronomy or commercial education at Matura level, analytical skills, strong German and MS Office abilities, and preferably similar professional experience. The position offers an all-in contract starting at EUR 2,250 gross per month for 30 hours per week or EUR 3,000 gross per month for 40 hours per week.
