Description
Goodwill of Western New York is hiring an onsite Controller to lead financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit preparation, regulatory reporting, grant reporting, and accounting operations. The role also manages and develops the Accounting Department and partners with organizational leaders on financial decisions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, and strong GAAP, reporting, and analytical skills; CPA and nonprofit accounting experience are preferred. Compensation is $100,000 to $115,000 annually.
