Description
The Controller manages and supervises accounting and finance functions for a bank, including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, consolidated financial statements, audits, tax records, internal controls, and department staffing. The role reports to the CFO, supports the Board and shareholders, and requires a master's degree in accounting, CPA preference, and at least ten years of progressive experience in a Controller or senior financial executive role in a financial institution.
