Description
The Controller will lead GT Independence's accounting function and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The role owns the accuracy and integrity of financial results, the month-end close, balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, audit readiness, internal controls, and process improvements across accounting operations. It also leads and develops accounting managers and individual contributors, establishes scalable processes, and partners with finance, operations, tax, IT, auditors, and private-equity stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience including senior accounting leadership, and strong GAAP, close, reconciliation, control, and audit experience.
