Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is hiring a Controller for its Newark, New Jersey headquarters. The role oversees accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank and credit-card reconciliations, job costing, project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and Sage 100 Contractor systems. The Controller will supervise accounting staff, support the CFO and other company teams, and improve financial processes and automation. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least seven years of related experience are required; construction, plumbing, HVAC, or skilled-trade experience is preferred.
