Description
Hark is hiring an experienced Controller to build and scale the accounting function from the ground up for its hardware and software business. The role owns the accounting close, chart of accounts, internal controls, technical accounting, audits, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, expense management, international accounting and tax operations, and the accounting team. It also requires establishing ERP and financial systems infrastructure and managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires at least eight years of progressive accounting experience, including a Controller or Assistant Controller role, hardware or hardware-adjacent experience, international expansion experience, strong technical accounting ability, audit experience, and hands-on process-building skills.
