Description
The Highfield Investment Group is recruiting a Controller to report to the CAO and oversee the financial and operational functions of the company and its affiliates, partnerships, and joint ventures. The role includes financial analysis and reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, payroll, credit, tax compliance, insurance, special accounting and finance projects, and process improvement. Candidates should have a CA or CPA designation, at least eight years of leadership or management experience in finance and accounting, tax-return preparation experience, experience in multi-entity or complex operational environments, and familiarity with M&A integration or system implementations.
