The Controller will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll, compliance, reconciliations, audits, tax reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement while supporting leadership with business insights. The role is fully remote in North Carolina, United States, and requires 5–8 years of accounting or finance experience, an accounting degree or equivalent training, QuickBooks proficiency, and strong financial reporting and communication skills. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
