Aperture Optical Sciences, Inc. is hiring an in-office Financial Controller in Meriden, Connecticut, to lead its finance function and support growth in an advanced-optics manufacturing company. The role oversees accounting, financial reporting, close, controls, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, project financial management, treasury, and risk management while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least eight years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience, strong U.S. GAAP and manufacturing cost-accounting expertise, and experience supervising accounting staff. The position offers $120,000–$150,000 annually plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, life and disability, health savings, flexible spending, and paid time off benefits.
