Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring a Controller to lead accounting and finance operations for a fast-paced resort. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role oversees financial reporting and month-end close, general ledger activities, accounts payable and receivable, audits, internal controls, GAAP compliance, payroll for more than 1,000 associates, team development, process improvement, and financial partnership with resort leadership. The position requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, five to ten years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience, advanced accounting knowledge, leadership capability, Office 365 and accounting/payroll systems experience, and flexibility to work in a resort environment, including weekends and holidays.
