Description
Kela is hiring a Controller to own the revenue and income-stream lifecycle from bookings through cash collection, support the month-end close and consolidated financial statements, reconcile revenue and receivables, partner with sales and delivery teams, support recurring reporting and the annual audit, and guide bookkeeping staff. The role reports to the Director of Finance and requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA licensure, Big Four audit experience, at least two years of Assistant Controller or Controller experience at a growth-stage startup, strong English, expert Microsoft Excel, ERP and NetSuite experience, and revenue-recognition expertise.
