Description
The Controller supports regional accounting operations and financial reporting by overseeing month-end and year-end close activities, general ledger integrity, account reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation submissions, and IFRS compliance. The role also manages accounting controls and audits, coordinates with regional and global stakeholders, leads finance-process improvements and special projects, and provides guidance and lateral leadership within the finance team. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least eight years of senior-level accounting experience with supervisory experience are required; manufacturing and corporate reporting and CPA qualifications are preferred.
