Description
KINIOS is hiring a Controller to support its controlling team in day-to-day operations, including the month-end close, management reporting, annual planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvement. The role also involves working with Accounting and external service providers, supporting the management board, and transitioning reporting from Excel to Power BI. It requires a degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable career path, 5 to 10 years of controlling experience, and strong Excel skills. The position offers a hybrid setup with a base in Frankfurt am Main and nationwide work across partner practices, offices, or from home.
