Description
The Controller reports to the CFO and supervises the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger teams. The role owns financial reporting, internal controls, GAAP compliance, job costing, WIP schedules, billing, revenue recognition, cash forecasting, divisional profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audits, banking relationships, and the company’s Quickbase financial system. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience including 4–6 years in a senior accounting leadership role, and expertise in construction and service-industry accounting.
