Description
Kruze Consulting is hiring a fully remote Controller to support 15 to 20 startup clients in a multi-client accounting environment. The role focuses on financial reporting and analysis, general ledger oversight, month-end close, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, client financial reporting, audit and fundraising due diligence, and mentoring junior accounting staff. It requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 8 years of corporate accounting experience, multi-client accounting experience, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, bookkeeping, and financial systems. The expected base pay is $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
