Louth Callan is hiring a full-time Controller in Enfield, Connecticut, to own the company’s financial infrastructure as it scales. The role leads general ledger and month-end close, percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, cash and working capital management, internal controls, ERP and accounting systems, audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the CEO and project leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience including three to five years in a senior accounting leadership role, and direct construction or EPC accounting experience.
