Description
The Controller will oversee accounting and financial operations for a growing manufacturing organization, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, month-end close, GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, audits, tax compliance, and process optimization using NetSuite ERP. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities, prior controller or accounting management experience in manufacturing, and hands-on NetSuite ERP experience. The position is on-site in Fort Worth, Texas.
