Description
Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a Controller to own the financial infrastructure for a multi-entity, multi-state cannabis services organization. The role leads the monthly close and consolidation, treasury and cash management, AP/AR and revenue operations, internal controls and audit readiness, financial reporting and lender compliance, and the development of multiple accounting staff. Candidates need at least seven years of progressive accounting experience, multi-entity operations exposure, GAAP and consolidation expertise, enterprise-level QuickBooks Online or comparable platform proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. The position offers a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
