Description
The Controller will support financial controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, KPI evaluation, and economic decision-making for a medium-sized mechanical engineering company. The role also supports HR functions such as personnel master data, payroll, and recruiting, as well as purchasing activities including supplier comparison, order processing, and supplier relationships. Candidates need a relevant business or engineering degree, initial controlling experience, Excel and ERP knowledge, and analytical and independent working skills.
