Description
The Controller will prepare and analyze monthly management reports, conduct budget-versus-actual and variance analyses, monitor KPIs, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to cost and profit steering. The role also evaluates leasing and financing models, supports investment decisions, and develops optimization measures for the vehicle fleet, with a development path toward Deputy Head of Fleet Management. It requires a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, several years of controlling experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and fluent German.
