Description
The Controller will work closely with management to support strategic and operational decisions through budget planning, forecasting, financial steering, KPI monitoring, variance analysis, management reporting, business cases, and process optimization. The role requires a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification, professional experience in controlling, finance, or Finance Business Partner work, strong accounting and analytical skills, Excel and ERP or BI experience, and fluent German and English.
