Description
Mission Critical Group is hiring a Controller to lead financial operations for its manufacturing business. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; financial reporting; GAAP compliance; manufacturing cost accounting; inventory controls; internal controls and audits; cash flow and working capital; ERP systems; and the development of an accounting team. It requires a CPA, 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, 5+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role, manufacturing experience, and strong FP&A and cost-accounting capabilities. The position is office-based but requires frequent visits to the production floor.
