Description
The Controller will direct and manage the accounting department, including the general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, treasury, bank borrowing, internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP compliance. The role also mentors accounting staff, coordinates with internal departments and external auditors, prepares consolidated financial analyses, and supports working-capital and cost-reduction initiatives. Candidates need 5–10 years of controller experience in a manufacturing business, direct responsibility for cost accounting and treasury functions, and strong communication, presentation, ethics, and teamwork skills; ERP implementation, job-shop, CPA, job costing, and auditing experience are preferred.
