Description
The Financial Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, multi-entity accounting, and financial close for a complex, asset-intensive, multi-location organization. The role leads accounting staff, manages reconciliations and journal entries, analyzes variances and profitability, supports forecasting and financial modeling, and assists with sales tax, banking covenants, insurance, and operational risk controls. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least four years of progressive accounting experience, advanced ERP experience, and strong financial analysis skills are required; CPA and relevant industry experience are preferred.
