Description
Plan International USA is hiring a Controller (Finance, Compliance & Systems) to lead the organization’s accounting function and serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The role owns financial close, audit, payroll, internal controls, restricted funds, federal grant compliance, NICRA, reporting, and financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Ramp. It also supervises the accounting and finance operations team and supports grants, development, operations, and country offices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least eight years of progressive accounting experience, and experience leading audits, financial reporting, regulatory filings, and internal controls; CPA and federal grant compliance experience are preferred.
