Description
The Controller will initially lead cost accounting, inventory, and Epicor transformation for a manufacturing business, then expand into financial reporting, controls, planning, and team leadership. The role partners with operations, IT, procurement, and leadership; leads the accounting close and financial statements; improves ERP data and reporting; and develops profitability analysis and business insights. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, approximately 8–15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, manufacturing or product-based business experience, and deep cost accounting and inventory experience.
