Description
NetBrain is hiring a Controller to lead the accounting function for a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS business. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; consolidated financial reporting; ASC 606 revenue recognition; technical accounting; internal controls; external audit management; tax compliance; ERP and accounting systems; treasury and banking; and the accounting team. The position requires 10–15+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including prior VP Controller, Controller, or Assistant Controller experience, a CPA, and strong SaaS revenue-recognition expertise. The estimated base compensation is $200,000–$300,000 plus bonus, with medical and dental coverage mentioned.
