Description
Ancora Holdings Group is hiring an experienced Controller to own the accounting function across multiple legal entities and business lines. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller will lead the accounting team, manage the monthly and quarterly close, oversee internal controls and SOX reporting, support audits and the 401(k) audit, manage fee billing and receivables, support consolidated financial reporting, and lead the migration to Workday. The role requires onsite work and includes a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, public accounting experience, people-management experience, and familiarity with accounting ERP systems and GAAP.
