Description
NODA is hiring a Controller in Austin, Texas, to build and lead its accounting and financial operations function from the ground up. The role owns the general ledger, month-end close, audit readiness, DCAA-compliant government-contract accounting, indirect rate development, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and accounting-system infrastructure. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, an active CPA license, at least seven years of progressive accounting experience including Big 4 audit, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
