Composition Brands is hiring a full-time, on-site Controller in Greenville, Michigan to oversee accounting and financial operations for its premium refrigeration product lines. The role leads general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, internal controls, inventory and standard-costing activities, and accounting staff development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least five years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment; prior leadership experience is preferred. The position offers a salary of $90,000–$130,000 plus benefits.
