Description
Northwood is seeking a Controller to serve as the financial backbone of its growing space infrastructure company. The role leads the transition of accounting functions, builds financial infrastructure and internal controls, supports business planning and capital strategy, provides executive financial reporting, and oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, revenue recognition, and cost accounting. The Controller will also recruit and develop the finance team, implement financial systems, and support audits, tax filings, and investor reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, at least 10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, and proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite.
