Description
Notabene is hiring a Controller for a US-based, remote East Coast role to own the company’s first external financial statement audit, monthly through annual close, GAAP reporting, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, FX translation, accounting policies, controls, billing-system integration, automation, and US and Swiss tax compliance. The role reports to the VP of Finance, manages one direct report and external providers, and requires experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager at a venture-backed company, including a first external audit, multi-entity close, ASC 606, and small-team leadership.
