Description
Odyssey is hiring a Controller in Palo Alto to build and lead the accounting function for a rapidly growing frontier AI company. The role owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, U.S. GAAP compliance, accounting policies, controls, audits, financial systems, project accounting, procurement, payroll, forecasting, financings, board reporting, and the accounting organization. The Controller will partner with FP&A, leadership, and other company teams and will eventually support public-company readiness. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in a high-growth technology company, and requires office attendance at least three times per week.
