Description
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is hiring a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, financial analysis, and audit coordination. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee general ledger, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, grant and restricted-fund reporting, financial systems, and the accounting team. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least seven years of progressively responsible accounting experience, and at least three years of leadership or supervisory experience; CPA designation and nonprofit or ERP experience are preferred.
