OBE is hiring a Controller, Metal Processing & Projects to lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions for its metal processing and project-based operations. The role oversees inventory valuation, standard costing, reserves, project accounting, revenue recognition, U.S. GAAP compliance, SOX-aligned controls, audits, process improvement, and accounting team development. It requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA designation, and at least 10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite work four days per week in Dallas or Terrell, Texas.
