Description
The Controller will manage and supervise the resort’s Finance division, overseeing accounting transactions, general ledger, reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and the month-end close. The role also leads accounting transformation, supports budgeting and forecasting, and builds and develops the accounting team. It requires at least three years of hotel finance or accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Big Four experience, real estate experience, CPA or public accountant certification, knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Mexican NIFs, and bilingual Spanish-English fluency.
