Description
OrthoArkansas is hiring a Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple entities, including the monthly close, financial reporting, physician financial mechanics, cash and disbursements, year-end and audit activities, and internal controls. The role reports to the CEO, supervises three direct reports, and involves hands-on accounting, reconciliation, journal-entry preparation, and building and overseeing AI agents to automate accounting processes. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least seven years of progressive accounting experience, including controller or assistant-controller experience, are required.
