Description
The Controller serves as a key member of the leadership team, providing financial leadership and strategic support to the President and Operations. The role oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, inventory control, financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate requests, while partnering with operations to improve profitability, cash generation, and compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing operating results, leading forecasts and annual plans, supporting pricing and margin analysis, developing financial and operational reports, managing accounting and finance personnel, and ensuring GAAP, SOX/JSOX, and audit compliance. The position requires at least seven years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environment, along with a BSBA in Finance or Accounting; CPA/CMA qualification or certification is preferred.
