Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, budgeting, treasury, and team leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of accounting or finance experience, and two years of accounting leadership experience, along with GAAP or IFRS expertise, ERP experience, and advanced spreadsheet skills. The position supports month-end and year-end close, financial statements, audit readiness, regulatory reporting, forecasting, cash management, and scalable accounting processes.
