Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, close processes, treasury and cash management, budgeting, and finance team performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least seven years of progressive accounting or finance experience, and two years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience. The Controller will own GAAP or IFRS financial statements, month-end and year-end close, audit readiness, ERP and process improvements, and strategic financial insights for executive leadership.
