Description
HMC Products, a division of ProMach, is hiring a Controller to provide hands-on leadership over accounting and financial reporting. The role partners with business leaders on profitability, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, revenue recognition, close processes, job costing, tax compliance, ERP systems, internal controls, and financial decision-making across manufacturing, sales, service, purchasing, and engineering functions. The Controller reports to the division Vice President/General Manager and has dotted-line reporting to the Vice President of Finance. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience are required, with a strong preference for manufacturing experience. The base salary is $125,000–$145,000, with a potential bonus of $30,000–$35,000.
