Description
Power Drives, Inc. is hiring an Accounting Manager to lead and improve its financial reporting and accounting operations. The role provides leadership to the Accounting Department, oversees accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, compliance, reporting, and information technology; manages the ERP system, audits, financial risks, inventory and cost accounting, and accounting operations; and collaborates with the VP of Finance and Operations on banking relationships. The position is 100% onsite in Buffalo and requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 10 years of management experience, and manufacturing experience. The starting pay range is $120,000–$130,000 plus an annual incentive plan.
