Power Monitors, Inc. is hiring a full-time Controller to lead accounting operations, manage financial data consolidation and reporting, coordinate external audits, oversee budgeting and internal controls, develop performance metrics, and manage accounting and HR staff. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and 2–4 years of staff accountant experience in a manufacturing environment; NetSuite knowledge and CPA candidacy are preferred. The position is based in Mt. Crawford, Virginia, with compensation of $90,000–$120,000 and medical, dental, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
