Bauermeister is hiring a Controller (m/f/d) in Norderstedt, near Hamburg, to serve as the commercial authority and business partner for Bauermeister Zerkleinerungstechnik GmbH. The role manages commercial performance, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, liquidity, and working capital; supports the Managing Directors and specialist departments; and coordinates with the PROBAT Group Finance function. Candidates need a business administration degree focused on Finance and/or Controlling, several years of controlling experience in an international manufacturing company, strong analytical and communication skills, and very good German and English. The position offers flexible working hours and remote work depending on the scope of tasks.
